If your package has been delayed or appears to be missing, don't worry! Packages often show up even if it takes a little longer than normal. At this time, I only reship packages if tracking number has not updated after 1 month if within the UK, or 2 months if international. If a package is returned to me, I will contact the customer and decide to either reship or refund.

I will not be responsible for any lost mail and do not offer replacements or refunds for orders shipped through letter mail with out tracking number is out of my control and they are unable to track it as well in the case of lost mails.

Etsy does not allow for combined shipping at checkout, but if I can reduce the shipping cost for your order by combining things into one package I will automatically refund whatever you overpaid.

Processing orders may take from 3-5 days and I ship out orders 2 times a week :) Once shipped, I have no control over packages. It's up to the postal service from there!
---> For standard deliveries (untracked), I have no means of checking it as the moment I dropped it off at the post office it is out of my control and they are unable to track it as well in the case of lost mails.

I pack everything with great care, going for an aesthetically pleasing look. I always put a sweet surprise in my packages like freebies stickers, thank you cards etc. !!
